Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global experiential marketing strategy aligned with PALFINGER’s brand positioning and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and integrating relevant trends in experience marketing
- Create and execute impactful brand experiences such as international events, roadshows, interactive product showcases, and hybrid or virtual formats that emotionally connect audiences with the brand
- Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams and manage external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high creative standards across all initiatives
- Drive innovation by piloting new technologies and formats, fostering a culture of experimentation, and continuously evaluating the quality and effectiveness of experiential activities
- Manage the experiential marketing budget, define relevant KPIs, and track performance to ensure strategic impact and measurable results across brand and business objectives
Your Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in experiential marketing, brand experience, or live communication, ideally in an international context, with a strong track record in leading global projects, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Deep expertise in event and marketing management, including digital and hybrid formats, immersive technologies (e.g. AR/VR), and KPI-based performance analysis
- Creative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills, a structured and results-driven approach, and high intercultural competence
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
