The Firm

Our client is a world class law firm known for advising many of the biggest and most ambitious companies across the globe. With offices across 40 countries, the APAC team are looking for an outstanding eDiscovery professional to take on a leadership role in Australia to assist in growing their team by implementing their growth roadmap.

The Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a Senior Leadership role based in Australia, forming an integral part of the APAC region. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and growing the Australian team
• Implementing the Digital Legal Delivery roadmap
• Improving best practices including adopting new technology
• Stakeholder and third-party management
• Coaching, mentoring, and training
• Driving change initiatives
• Consulting and delivering on projects in eDiscovery and Digital Forensics
• Networking and business development
• Travel across Australia/APAC may be required
• Reporting, financial, and risk management

You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience leading an eDiscovery team at a law firm or professional services firm
• Strong technical skills in Relativity, NUIX, Brainspace (highly regarded)
• Excellent understanding of eDiscovery frameworks
• Resourcing, project management, and team leadership skills
• Proven experience in growing teams or businesses
• Ability to foster and maintain a positive culture
