Location: in our brand new, bilingual early childhood education and care facility of the software company Dynatrace in Linz

We are looking forward to welcoming an early childhood education leader who is enthusiastic about further developing our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) concept and working with us to create a place where children feel safe and can develop their potential.

Your tasks:

• Leading the new, bilingual DynaSprouts team (3 groups from August 2026, 6 groups from 2028, 2 pedagogical specialists and 1 assistant per group) including coordination and organization of ongoing operations
• Assumption of the tasks as a second specialist in a group from August 2026
• Design & ongoing development of an innovative educational concept for children aged 0.5 to 6 years who explore STEAM topics (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) through play
• Appreciative cooperation with parents, Dynatrace team & Familienbund colleagues
• Development of educational partnerships (e.g. Ars Electronica Center, JKU, PH Upper Austria, Brucknerhaus, music theater, Kuddelmuddel)

Your profile:

• Passionate early childhood educator with leadership experience & team spirit
• More than 2 years of professional experience in a nursery and kindergarten
• Communicative & convincing personality who courageously breaks new ground with us and appreciates an international environment
• Enjoyment of researching together with children (ideally STEAM know-how)
• Excellent knowledge of German & English (English is the corporate language at Dynatrace)
• Montessori training is an advantage

• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3,321.60 gross per month for 40 hours per week plus management bonus, depending on professional experience and crediting of previous periods of service. In accordance with statutory regulations, you are also entitled to 10 additional vacation days per year with a 5-day week.
