Responsibilities:

• Shape the future of our production through digital transformation.
• Develop and implement a digitalization strategy, including technologies like IoT, AI, MES, Industry 4.0.
• Lead interdisciplinary projects collaborating with production, IT, OT, and engineering teams.
• Analyze processes, identify optimization potentials, and manage MES systems for control and transparency.
• Select, standardize, and introduce software solutions, and support PLM systems like Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP ECTR.
• Lead and develop a team of Global Process Experts and optimize CAD/CAM processes across the value chain.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, business informatics, production technology, or similar.
• Several years of experience in digital transformation of production environments.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing technologies, digital tools, PLM, CAD/CAM, and MES solutions.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams, implementing IT systems in manufacturing.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication skills, innovative spirit, and willingness to change.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
