CoolPeople Technology is seeking an experienced Head of Cyber Fusion to lead and develop operational cybersecurity capabilities across an international banking environment. The role connects SOC, Detection Engineering, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response and Security Automation.

You will lead senior Cyber Fusion specialists, shape security operations, drive automation, and set standards and reusable patterns across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Senior experience in Security Operations, SOC or Cyber Defense.
• Leadership experience in managing security teams or large capability.
• Strong understanding of a modern SOC environment.
• Experience in Incident Response, Detection Engineering and Threat Detection.
• Knowledge of SIEM, Security Monitoring and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
• Experience with Security Automation and major incident management.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management; Professional English.
