Job summary

BRP-Rotax is seeking a seasoned management leader to head the Controlling Business Partners team. You will advise executive management on financial, operational, and strategic topics, lead the team, and shape a modern business partnering mindset.

Responsibilities include integrated planning (budgeting/forecasting/multi-year) and strengthening commercial reporting. Strong leadership, German and English fluency, and SAP/BI expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, economics, or a related field with a focus on controlling/finance.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or finance, including at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of standard ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) as well as experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills, a sharp business acumen, and entrepreneurial vision.
• Ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly, concisely, and tailored to the target audience.
• Hands-on mentality and the willingness to support the team operationally when needed.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, a strong drive to shape things, and an openness to new processes and technologies.
• Fluent in German and English for successful collaboration within an international group environment.

In this management position, you will take on the operational and strategic leadership of our newly aligned Business Partnering team within Controlling. Acting as a sparring partner to the executive management and serving as an interface to the operational departments, you and your team will be responsible for strategic advisory, preparation of decision-making materials, and the commercial management of the business, while driving the further development of organizational structures in this area.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 82,967.50 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
