DO & CO AG in Vienna seeks a Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine for our premium airline catering production kitchen. You will lead the Indian cuisine section, curate menus for discerning clients, and ensure top-quality dishes across a high-end operation.

You will supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff, manage inventory and purchasing of Indian ingredients, and uphold stringent food-safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end operations cooking Indian cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian ingredients, techniques, and flavours.
• Experience in managing a team of kitchen staff.
• Ability to create and develop menus that showcase both traditional and innovative Indian cuisine.
• Excellent communication in English – Indian is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage stock and ordering supplies, including authentic Indian ingredients, ensuring that all products are fresh and of the highest quality.

• Ensure the timely delivery of food, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
• Manage and train a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Maintain the highest levels of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Travel to international events (Formula 1, UEFA Champions League Final, ATP Madrid, etc.).
