Default Brand is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for our Assembly Zone to ensure safe, efficient operations on the factory floor. You’ll lead cell leads, monitor performance, and drive improvements to meet customer expectations with accountability and engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years on the manufacturing floor with 1–2 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s in Engineering or Operations is preferred; hands-on leadership and a collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of manufacturing floor experience.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role on the shop floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management preferred; relevant experience considered.

• Create a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Lead discipline with the team to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify and escalate barriers related to man, method, materials, and machine issues.
• Prepare for shift hand-off and report abnormalities to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide regular performance feedback and recognize good results to reinforce culture.
