Zusammenfassung

MITER Brands is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our Gratz, PA manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment on a night shift (11pm–7am).

You will document work orders, maintain parts inventories, and support projects with outside contractors. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, a relevant technical/HS background, PLC experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with 1 year experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
• Ability to train lower-skilled technicians.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair equipment in assigned area.
• Maintain open communication with maintenance team and supervisor.
• Complete work orders accurately and document completion details.
• Document maintenance tasks and proteus entries as required.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for projects and improvements.
