Live the Brand

• Be the ultimate Miiro host, radiating our brand values in everything you do
• Inspire your team and peers to raise the bar in creating truly standout guest experiences
• Lead service recovery efforts with empathy, warmth, and authenticity
• Have the charisma to turn any vibe from disconnected to delightful in seconds
  
  

Guest Insight & Research

• Know our guests before they even arrive - research and prep VIP profiles daily
• Use every detail (and your intuition) to craft personalized moments
• Identify OTA guests and tailor their experiences with insider knowledge
• Keep guest profiles up-to-date with thoughtful notes and preferences
  
  

Delivering Wow Moments

• Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and confidence
• Handle inquiries, requests, and (occasional) hiccups with poise and care
• Anticipate needs before they’re spoken - then exceed them

What We're Looking For:

• You’re magnetic, emotionally intelligent, and full of positive energy
