Qualifikationen

• 10 years+ experience in strategy development and mergers & acquisitions.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategy development with executive teams and annual planning.
• Lead market and competitive analysis to build the M&A funnel.
• Identify target companies and engage owners and management.
• Develop financial justifications and models for acquisitions.
• Negotiate NDAs, LOIs, diligence, structure deal terms.
• Act as deal quarterback and coordinate cross-functional deal teams.
• Present diligence findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee post-closing term management and integration handover.
