Bitpanda in Vienna is seeking a Growth and Onboarding Lead to own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding journey for Fusion customers, from initial touchpoint through registration, KYC, deposit, first trade, and early retention.

You will build scalable funnels for active traders, design CRM journeys, and develop channels across paid, owned, community, affiliate, referral, and partnerships to drive measurable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in growth, customer acquisition, or product-led growth.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Operations.
• Experience building acquisition through performance marketing, CRM, referrals, affiliates, communities, and partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding strategy for new Fusion customers, from first touchpoint to early retention.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels targeted at active traders and high-value crypto customers, removing friction.
• Develop scalable acquisition channels across paid, owned, community, affiliate, and referral ecosystems for measurable growth.
• Design targeted CRM and lifecycle journeys that convert registered users into funded and actively trading customers.
• Develop acquisition propositions, landing pages, campaigns, and onboarding materials communicating why active traders should choose Fusion.
