UNIQA Insurance Group AG in Vienna is seeking a Group Anaplan Developer to join Group Performance Management. You will implement and enhance a group-wide Anaplan platform to improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes across the organization.

The role requires several years of Anaplan modeling experience, strong data-structure and integration knowledge, and collaboration with Finance, IT and business teams. A proactive, analytical mindset and a consulting perspective are beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Anaplan model building and the configuration of planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of data structures, interfaces, and integration processes.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured way of working.
• Ideally, experience in a consulting environment as well as familiarity with governance frameworks and best-practice standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance Anaplan models, dashboards, and applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient planning solutions.
• Integrate data from various systems and ensure data quality.
• Perform testing and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Business, and IT teams, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Contribute to the establishment and continuous development of a group-wide Anaplan Center of Excellence.
