Clarivate is looking for an Intellectual Property Technical Consultant based in Graz, Austria. In this role, you will support customers in customizing and optimizing the Unycom software for their IP management needs.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a strong command of English and German, and knowledge of XML and SQL. This permanent part-time position offers a collaborative environment within a hybrid working model.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, French is a plus.
• Experience in the software industry is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Main point of contact for customers on Unycom software.
• User trainings for customers (remote or on-site).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.

Kenntnisse

5+ Years’ working experience

Excellent command of English and German

Basic knowledge in XML, SQL, Jason, AI

Basic knowledge in Intellectual Property

Strong interest in implementing software

Strong presentation and moderation skills

Ausbildung

Completed high school or university degree

IP Paralegal degree (desired)
