- Strong understanding of market structure and trading systems.

Aufgaben
- Define long-term vision and platform strategy across assets (crypto, equities, commodities, derivatives).
- Own Fusion value proposition and end-to-end positioning for traders and professionals.
- Lead web and mobile platform enhancements for usability and advanced trading workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering on low-latency trading infrastructure and reliability.
- Drive Fusion features, analytics, automation, and professional tooling.
- Monitor KPIs like trading volume, active traders, and CLV; align with leadership.
