Zusammenfassung

Roche seeks a Global Supply Chain Process Architect – Warehousing & Regulatory Compliance to lead end-to-end warehouse process design, standards, and regulatory compliance across global facilities. You will bridge physical layouts with WMS/RF/automation while ensuring GDP, cGMP, and local regulations are met.

You will shape global storage standards, drive CAPA for deviations, and manage 3PL governance with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, and SHE.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years in Supply Chain leadership with focus on warehouse operations or site logistics in pharma/biotech.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing warehouse management systems and automated handling.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end warehouse process architecture across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and returns.
• Define SOPs, SLAs, and DoA controls for 3PL and contract logistics partners.
• Drive Lean transformation to maximize density, throughput, and reduce errors.
• Ensure GDP/cGMP and regulatory compliance across global warehouses and third-party sites.
