Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; related engineering disciplines considered.
• 10+ years of experience with Variable Speed Drive solutions and applications.
• Demonstrated success working across engineering, commercial, and marketing functions.
• Previous leadership or team‑lead experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Provides sales and prescription support primarily for End-User accounts.
• Engages in customer visits with global account managers to prescribe system drives and close opportunities.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for System Drives in target accounts.
• Supports front office in developing account profiles and executing the sales plan to obtain year-over-year sales growth.
• Coordinates cross-border activities linked to the target accounts.
