Job Description

• Executive Support & Reporting
• Prepare high-impact reports, dashboards, and strategic briefings for global Supply Chain Managers and the executive board.
• Track key supply chain KPIs and operational metrics; consolidate input from business units for decision-making.
• Monitor stock levels of finished goods across locations, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Coordinate reviews, support planning cycles, and global leadership meetings.
• Stakeholder Management
• Manage collaboration between SCM team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across regions and departments with clarity and diplomacy.
• Collaborate to align business strategies and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Project & Initiative Coordination
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives in procurement, logistics, digital transformation, and sustainability.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement projects, manage timelines, and documentation.
• Confidentiality & Executive Presence
• Handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Represent the Supply Chain Management Team professionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in analysis, reporting, and data transformation for executive decisions.
• Experience in supply chain management in an international or industrial environment.
• ERP (e.g., SAP) and BI tools proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
