Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in supplier transfer, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience managing global program teams across time zones, cultures and regulatory landscapes.
• PMP, Six Sigma, and/or Lean certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage supplier & manufacturing transfers with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sourcing, engineering, quality, operations, QA and Regulatory.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead regular project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GEHC QMS and industry standards.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, validation and readiness assessments with suppliers.
