Zusammenfassung

BRP-Rotax is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure delivery quality in series production for assigned suppliers. You will implement preventive quality measures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

The role includes handling supplier performance, conducting audits, and leading corrective actions. You will collaborate on engineering change management and support escalations while maintaining supplier master data and inspection plans in the ERP/Q system.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in series production in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of relevant quality norms and standards; experience with quality methods.

Aufgaben

• Handle the local supply base during serial production.
• Organize sorting activities and define criteria for rework and inspections.
• Monitor series quality of purchased parts from suppliers.
• Analyze quality KPIs and determine necessary corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier process audits and implement improvement plans.
• Lead supplier development projects and drive corrective actions (8D).
• Support changes in series production and manage quality-related documentation.
