Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sponsor Dedicated Global Senior Project Manager (CTL level) for a remote role. The CTL leads clinical delivery across assigned trials, ensuring set-up, execution and delivery with strict adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements.

Strong client relationships and budget oversight are key to success. The ideal candidate has CRO-level experience, expertise in leading global trials, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in life sciences or related field.
• CRO experience and therapeutic area exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading global clinical trials.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines and budget management.
• Oversee inter-disciplinary clinical studies and ensure GCP compliance.
• Maintain study information across databases and systems and ensure TMF completeness.
• Manage study plans, risk mitigation and contingency strategies to meet goals.
• Foster relationships with clients to generate future business and may participate in bid defenses.
• Line-manage project management staff as needed.
