CROWDCONSULTANTS 360 GmbH is seeking an experienced SAP leader to head the global SAP Center of Excellence, setting strategy and roadmaps for a worldwide SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will build a high-performing international team, govern demand and budgets, and drive integration with adjacent apps like Workday and xflow.

Excellent English communication is essential, and willingness to travel internationally will support rollout activities across sites.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of SAP experience, including 5+ years leading an SAP CoE or SAP team in a global setting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the SAP strategy, target architecture and roadmap.
• Drive a standard-first approach and harmonization of business processes across entities.
• Oversee adjacent applications such as Workday and xflow and ensure robust SAP integrations.
• Establish governance for demand, projects and change requests; lead portfolio prioritization.
• Lead and empower the Delivery Manager and represent the SAP CoE in steering committees.
• Ensure compliance, security and risk management across the application landscape.
