PALFINGER is seeking a Senior Global Process Expert - Sales for Bergheim (Salzburg) to lead global Sales/O2C process standards and KPIs. You will coordinate process experts worldwide, drive training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions.

The role emphasizes process integrity, compliance, and measurable improvement in a dynamic, international environment. Fluent English is required, willingness to travel, and a track record in ERP/SAP SD related projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years in global process or data management, preferably in Sales and SAP SD.
• Ability to define and track KPIs to monitor data and process quality.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 modeling for end-to-end processes.
• Experience with international data/process optimization and ERP customization.
• Excellent training and collaboration skills; fluent English and travel willingness.

• Define and evolve global Sales/O2C process standards with KPIs/PPIs.
• Coordinate process experts worldwide and deliver advanced training.
• Establish Process Performance Monitoring for compliance via KPIs.
• Manage global rollout tasks across entities with measurable impact.
