Zusammenfassung

Sportradar AG in Austria is seeking a cross-functional Reward Partner to support global reward programs and ensure competitive Total Rewards aligned with our strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director - Reward Partnering, you will collaborate with People Partners, local advisors, Talent Acquisition and business units to deliver robust compensation solutions.

The role covers job levelling, benchmarking, analytics, and managing annual reward cycles, including merit reviews, bonuses, equity plans

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar reward role.
• Open to candidates with 3–5 years HR or Finance experience looking to specialise in rewards.
• Knowledge of pay transparency and global compensation practices.
• Experience with Global Mobility, Sales Incentive, Bonus, and Equity Plans.

Aufgaben

• Support global reward programs within the Rewards, People Systems & Insights team.
• Partner a variety of stakeholders, including People Partners, local People Advisors, Talent Acquisition, and business units.
• Explain complex reward topics to audiences across levels and functions.
• Perform job levelling and market benchmarking using internal and external data.
• Create compensation packages for hires, promotions, and relocations using the Global Mobility Framework.
• Deliver timely reward intelligence to People processes.
• Contribute to the annual reward cycle including merit reviews, bonuses, equity, and sales incentives.
