Erste Digital GmbH is seeking a Release Manager to drive software release processes and ensure smooth production deployments across international teams. You will coordinate with operations, development, application support and infrastructure to plan, schedule and execute deployments, and participate in CAB meetings to assess scope and risks.

You will be responsible for aligning business and technical stakeholders, preparing deployment activities, and synchronising across countries and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Release Management with solid Change and Incident Management understanding.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to synchronise activities between development, support and infrastructure teams.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and international partners.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent English communication with proactive, structured approach to work.
• Familiarity with service management and collaboration tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar.
• Comfortable working in a highly international environment.

Aufgaben
