Job summary

MED-EL is seeking a qualified professional to join the Rehabilitation Department in Innsbruck. You will support global rehabilitation services for cochlear implant users, create and enhance rehabilitation content, and develop learning programs for diverse audiences.

You will present educational material at events and collaborate internationally to implement strategies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in auditory rehabilitation, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience working with people with hearing loss and knowledge of modern hearing technologies.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support global rehabilitation services for cochlear implant users and provide professional guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and further develop rehabilitation and training content.
• Develop and promote rehabilitation materials, learning programs, and services for diverse target groups and delivery formats.
• Present rehabilitation topics and educational content at events, training sessions, and conferences, both online and on-site.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation and education strategies.
