The ideal candidate is a seasoned quality professional with ISO 9001 leadership, capable of driving risk‑based improvements and coordinating with global teams. The position offers autonomy and broad scope to influence best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record designing and improving QMS in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading certification and external audits (ISO 9001).
• Strong understanding of integrating quality with environment and safety systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Swiss Quality Certification and audit processes and the management review.
• Ensure licence to operate with respect to quality in Switzerland and advise the global org.
• Own key global quality processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and embed global quality components/tools within Accelleron Management Systems.
• Define and maintain the global quality framework across the business.
• Assess quality and process risk with divisions and implement improvements.
• Facilitate cross‑organisation alignment on quality topics and share best practices.
• Participate in or lead internal projects with a quality component.
• Support Risk Management, Business Resilience and Marine Compliance.
