Job Description:

Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for Global Project Manager Operational Excellence & Growth.

Role overview:

Management of projects related to the definition, deployment and assessment of the initiatives related to Growth and AMPS. The role will support in creating lean standards, auditing, and assessing the workbooks, equipment standards, and reporting status of the plants in both areas. Note: Request for travel up to 50% in the next couple of months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and follow up on the definition of various projects related to different initiatives of Growth and AMPS, including:

• Creation of OPEX workbook
• Implementation of OPEX workbook
• Supporting audits to state Operational Excellence level of the plants
• Deploying lean manufacturing and OPEX mentality
• Creation of materials for lean methodology deployment
• Creation of tracking systems for the projects
• Follow up on the status in terms of AMPS for the plants
• Support in the creation of technical standards

Education & Training:

• Graduated engineer.
• Lean/6Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Office and Power BI skills.

Experience:

• Several years’ experience in developing and implementing Lean/6Sigma methodologies.
• International project experience.
• Several years in manufacturing environments (ideally automotive industry).
• Analytical thinking.
• Organizational capability.
• Flexible and resilient.
• Conscientious and highly motivated.
• Highly sophisticated communication style.
