Michael Page International is seeking an experienced programme and partner management professional for a Geneva-based role overseeing a portfolio of funded projects and partnerships. You will ensure governance, compliance and timely delivery across multi-workstream programmes.

Key duties include grant operations, due diligence, budgeting and reporting, liaising with internal functions, partners, consultants and funders to advance programme objectives. 3-month full-time contract.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience managing complex programmes, projects or funding portfolios.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.

• Coordinate a portfolio of funded projects and partnerships across international operations.
• Monitor progress against deliverables, budgets and timelines with governance in mind.
• Support partners in meeting contractual, financial and reporting obligations.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure governance and compliance throughout programme implementation.
• Support funding processes including partner selection, onboarding and due diligence.
