Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in product support, engineering, or field service.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global or cross-regional teams.
• Strong technical expertise in product lifecycle support, troubleshooting, and RCCA.
• Experience across product development, manufacturing, and field operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute global product support strategies aligned with business goals and roadmaps.
• Ensure readiness for product launches, including service capability, documentation, and training.
• Drive standardization of support processes across regions for a consistent customer experience.
• Lead support activities across the full product lifecycle: installation, ramp, upgrades, end‑of‑life.
• Establish escalation processes and RCCA with global teams; own complex issues.
• Partner with product engineering to influence design improvements from field feedback.
• Monitor field performance data and drive proactive reliability and cost improvements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with readiness and smooth dev→production transition.
