You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative NFC solutions. Strong technical NFC knowledge and international travel readiness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor field of product management.
• Strong technical knowledge of NFC Applications and standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Automotive Market understanding – Tier1 and supply channels is a plus.
• Business fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Product Definition and SCOPE Management: elaborate product requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Collaboration with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the first point of contact during project execution and support internal and external stakeholders.
• Own and continuously validate the product’s business case.
• Develop innovative product ideas and USPs to achieve market leadership.
• Drive the product strategy through customer, market, and competition analyses.
• Define and implement product market Introduction plans and training materials.
• Train and equip the sales force to ensure effective product promotion and adoption.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
