Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electronics/CS with 10+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives in large engineering teams.
• Background in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor lifecycle and related processes.
• NFC/RFID or wireless tech experience is desirable but not required.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; executive communication.

• Develop and drive operational execution quality and accountability.

• Support annual and quarterly planning, including roadmaps and resource planning.

• Support headcount planning, workforce management and design.
