Intervet GmbH Austria in Vienna seeks a Head of QC Operations & Planning to lead end-to-end QC planning, sequencing, and execution governance in a GMP environment. This role ensures predictable and compliant QC work, while maintaining separation from scientific QA judgement.

You will coordinate external testing, manage deviations and CAPAs, develop the QC team, and collaborate with Production, QA, and Supply Chain to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations in GMP environments.
• Experience in operational planning, prioritization, and execution governance.
• Ability to manage deviations, OOS, and CAPAs from an execution perspective.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end QC operational planning, sequencing, and prioritization across routine testing, stability, investigations, deviations, and projects.
• Balance QC demand with laboratory capacity (people, skills, equipment, time) and manage bottlenecks.
• Coordinate external laboratory testing and stability execution from an operational perspective.
• Lead QC operations & Planning team and ensure separation from QA decision making.
