• Basic understanding of international Mobility processes and policies.
• Familiarity with HR concepts such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Awareness of tax and immigration considerations related to international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound/outbound assignments across pre/on/post stages.
• Apply Mobility policies to determine assignment types and relocation packages.
• Coordinate with home/host Mobility teams for smooth execution of processes.
• Maintain GMT assignment data accurately.
• Monitor vendor service delivery and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate regularly with assignees about key steps and requirements.
