You will drive simulation-based education programs, coordinate international training events, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge learning tools across global locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, project management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical education, simulation operations, or related field.
• Experience managing complex projects with operational components.
• Experience with medical simulation technologies is preferred.
• Human anatomical specimen lab technician experience is a must
• Excellent logistical planning and coordination abilities
• Strong project execution and follow-through
• Effective communication across diverse stakeholder groups
• Technical aptitude for working with simulation equipment
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
• Fluency in English; German is a strong asset

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and maintain simulation equipment for international training events.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of simulation-based training and manage specimen handling.
• Oversee import/export requirements for training materials and keep equipment inventory.
• Implement simulation projects from planning to delivery and track milestones.
• Support evaluation of new simulation-based learning experiences and partners relations.
