Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or Logistics, or ~5 years logistics experience.
• Proven warehouse management experience.
• Structured, analytical approach to stock, planning and internal logistics optimization.
• Fluent German and good English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT skills in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Able to collaborate effectively with internal partners and external customers.
• Knowledge of filament yarns or related textile industry is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate communication with customers regarding orders, pro forma invoices, and transport; ensure timely delivery information.
• Monitor stock levels and orders; maintain accurate data in systems; prepare reports for production planning.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Quality to optimize product flow and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehouse management for all filament products globally; coordinate availability and allocation based on sales, stock, and quality requirements.
• Strive for continuous improvement of internal logistics processes, including transport coordination and warehouse flows.
