Qualifikationen
- Degree in business, procurement, or related field.
- Several years in strategic procurement, category management or international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of road, ocean freight and intermodal transportation.
- Experience in international sourcing, negotiations and contract management.
- Fluency in English and German.
Aufgaben
- Develop global and regional category strategies for logistics services.
- Manage international tenders, RFQs, benchmarks and supplier evaluations.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements with service providers.
- Monitor performance with KPIs on cost, quality, delivery and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Finance worldwide.
- Ensure capacity, multi-sourcing strategies and risk mitigation.
