CSL Behring seeks a senior leader to steer global knowledge management and information governance across the CSL Group. The role drives strategy, budgeting, and staff management while enhancing data standards, AI-enabled information delivery, and partnerships with external knowledge networks.

You will lead a world-class information management program, collaborate across geographies, and optimize knowledge resources, databases, and APIs to support strategic decisions and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• MS, MLIS/MLS, Ph.D. in science-related fields or equivalent education in Knowledge Management.
• Minimum eight years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum eight years in Knowledge Management, R&D or Medical Affairs.
• Five years in global People Leadership roles in large organizations.
• Leadership experience in Biopharmaceutical Industry.
• Five years in Global Library Services or similar information management responsibility.
• Data standards and governance experience in Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of copyright regulations, AI and API usage.
• Vendor management and contract negotiations for research databases and their integration.

• Lead strategic operations of a global knowledge management and insight service.
• Contribute to data standards and governance program development.
• Manage resources to support digital information and knowledge management strategy with an AI focus.
• Oversee administration, budgeting, policy, and staff across the CSL Global Knowledge Management team.
• Negotiate contracts and manage assets within the role's scope.
• Foster collaborations with internal and external knowledge vendors and networks.
• Drive information access, data value extraction, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop metrics to monitor services and optimize resource use.
