SAP Fioneer is seeking an AI Knowledge Manager in Austria to own the quality and governance of the knowledge powering our Banking AI solutions. You will collaborate with product experts, consultants, and AI engineers to transform banking expertise into structured, scalable knowledge assets.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of banking processes and documentation landscape (handbooks, IMG, configuration material).
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation concepts and how AI fits into content governance.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve the semantic knowledge layer powering banking AI solutions.
• Structure, curate, and enrich product knowledge with metadata for reliable retrieval and high-quality AI responses.
• Identify knowledge gaps and source content or expertise to close them.
• Define strategies to integrate project-specific knowledge into AI solutions with grounding content and reusable assets.
• Analyze low-quality AI responses to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Build and expand evaluation datasets to measure AI answer quality.
