VIG IT Digital Solutions GmbH in Austria is seeking an ITSM leader to manage and optimize IT service management processes across multiple modules. You will ensure compliance with ITIL 4, drive improvements, and align backlog with organizational goals.

The role requires several years of ITSM experience, ServiceNow CIS – ITSM certification, and strong stakeholder skills. A senior, full-time position in Vienna with travel willingness is offered, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.

• Maintain and prioritize the module backlog aligned with SOLO demands and SCORE delivery capacity.
• Define configuration standards across all SOLOs.
• Ensure ITSM processes meet DORA compliance (IM, MIM, CHM, PM, KM, SRM, SCM, SLM).
• Serve as senior escalation point for ITSM conflicts and module incidents.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on module enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and release notes.
• Drive continuous ITSM process improvements with SOLO process managers.
• Future establishment and leadership of the ITSM team.

Your Tasks

• Maintaining and prioritising the module backlog in alignment with SOLO demands and SCORE delivery capacity.
• Defining configuration standards across all SOLOs.
• Ensuring the suitability and DORA compliance of ITSM processes (IM, MIM, CHM, PM, KM, SRM, SCM, SLM).
• Acting as the senior escalation point for ITSM processes conflicts and module-related incidents.
• Managing stakeholder expectations on module enhancements.
• Ensuring documentation and release notes are maintained and kept up to date.
• Driving the continuous improvement of ITSM processes in collaboration with the SOLO process managers.
• Future establishment and leadership of the ITSM team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or comparable fields of study.
• Several years’ professional experience in ITSM.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL 4 and all key ITSM processes.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Romanian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Czech) would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional; ServiceNow CIS – ITSM; COBIT; Agile/Scrum Product Owner certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience in a managerial role would be an advantage.

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 75.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
