VF Corporation’s EMEA Internship Program at our Stabio, Switzerland HQ offers a Service Delivery Technician Intern role within the Digital Technology team for 12 months, full-time. Start date February 1, 2027, gross monthly salary CHF 1,850, with a structured, multi-interview process and hands-on learning; you will support enterprise IT, workplace technology and service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Interest in IT support, workplace technology, digital services, and customer-facing technology roles.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, computer hardware, mobile devices, and common peripherals.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Curiosity about how technology enables people to work more efficiently in a business environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the End User Services (EUS) team in resolving end-user technology issues, handling service requests, and learning VF’s support tools and processes.
• Assist with workplace technology, including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment, collaboration tools, and local IT services.
• Help with inventory, user guidance, technology adoption, and small projects while developing communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
