Axmed Global Health Advisory, the advisory arm of Axmed, seeks a Principal to lead end-to-end engagements in LMIC access to medicines. You will drive market access, innovative financing, and go-to-market strategies while mentoring a lean team of specialists.

You will collaborate with partners to deliver high-impact, real-world outcomes, engaging ministries of health, funders, and industry partners to shape practical access pathways globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, global health advisory, or life sciences, with LMIC exposure.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in market access, go-to-market strategy, portfolio prioritisation, financing, or delivery models in LMIC contexts.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers (ministries of health, funders, industry leaders).
• Strong strategic analysis, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and mentoring.

• Advise on innovative financing models to enable sustainable access to medicines.
• Oversee multi-workstream project delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members and shape professional growth.
• Engage LMIC stakeholders to identify practical pathways to access medicines.
• Represent the organization in external forums and thought leadership spaces.
