Grünenthal Group is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to shape and execute Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies that drive reimbursement, patient access and the commercialisation of both pipeline and in-market assets.

As the Global HEOR Lead, you will lead integrated evidence strategies, collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D, and drive payer engagement across international markets to enable successful market access and value communication.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree (Master's level or above) in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or related field.
• Approximately 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Proven track record publishing economic models and RWE for market access.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and HTA submissions with value recognition.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience within speciality medicine.
• Strategic/analytical mindset linking local and global priorities.
• Proactive, innovative approach to evidence generation, pricing and market access.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop integrated HEOR evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling.
• Embed payer-relevant endpoints and PROs into development programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Co-lead evidence-generation projects and communicate results through publications and conferences.
• Lead payer engagement and support HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA) across markets.
• Develop economic models, value materials and tools for launch prep and negotiations.
• Integrate country requirements into global strategies for affiliate-level commercialization.
• Build relationships with external HEOR experts and policymakers.
• Strengthen HEOR capabilities and support a broader Market Access advisory network.
