Allocator One Group seeks a motivated Fund Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for open- and closed-ended funds under UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS. You will gain exposure to private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment structures in an international setting.

The role offers day-to-day fund accounting, regulatory reporting support, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of fund accounting or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or IFRS.
• Accounting education with professional qualification preferred.
• Structured, analytical, proactive work style.
• MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Aufgaben

• Perform day-to-day accounting for closed-end funds.
• Book capital calls, distributions, management fees, and expenses.
• Prepare quarterly and annual statements under UK GAAP/US GAAP.
• Execute month-end closes; reconcile cash and investments.
• Review transaction documents; prepare overview sheets.
• Maintain complete documentation for fund accounting activities.
• Research discrepancies and ad hoc issues independently.
• Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting packages.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation.
