Referment is working with a rapidly growing European technology company to hire a Head of Finance to build and lead its finance function through international growth. This hands-on leadership role oversees accounting, controlling, tax, cash flow and treasury across multiple entities and will introduce more sophisticated systems as the business scales.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned leader with finance function build-out experience.
• Experience in tech or SaaS high-growth environments.
• Experience across international entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong hands-on accounting with closing cycles.
• Fluent German and strong English.

Aufgaben

• Own finance across multiple international entities.
• Lead accounting, controlling, tax, cash flow and treasury.
• Own month-end, quarterly and annual closings.
• Develop management reporting across revenue, costs and profitability.
• Implement modern finance systems and automation.
• Build and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership on priorities.
• Oversee VAT, sales tax and transfer pricing.
