Manpower Group GmbH (Austria) is seeking a trusted finance professional to join our investment management client’s finance team in Vienna. You will own a broad range of accounting, reporting and operational finance responsibilities across US and European entities.

Responsibilities include monthly close support, budgeting, intercompany reconciliation, accounts payable, and regulatory support. A university degree in accounting/finance and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including cash-based and accrual-based methods.
• Familiarity with cost and expense allocation processes.
• Excellent communication skills; German language proficiency is a distinct advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the monthly close for the management company in the US and the affiliate entity in Austria, working closely with the Controller and the Director of Finance.
• Prepare budgets and financial projections for the US and European entities and present them to management.
• Supervise workflow in the corporate spend management platform.
• Administer the firm’s credit card program, including review and categorization of credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with the Fund Accounting team to track and allocate research and trading-related transactions.
• Manage the accounts payable function and payment processing.
• Reconcile intercompany activity.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Liaise with service providers and support tax filings and regulatory reviews.
• Ad hoc projects to further optimize processes.
