Zusammenfassung

RedBull is seeking an International eCommerce Manager - Omnichannel to lead the global eCommerce agenda across 40+ markets from Salzburg, Austria. You will translate strategic priorities into scalable frameworks and drive initiatives across Omnichannel retail, Online Grocery, eB2B and emerging digital models.

You will partner with regional teams and Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance and IT to ensure growth, strong online performance and a cohesive digital commerce strategy.

Qualifikationen

7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce and omnichannel sales across multiple markets.
Strong commercial mindset translating strategy into priorities that drive growth.
Deep knowledge of Digital Shelf basics including content, search, browse, availability and retailer ecosystems.
Experience leveraging multiple data sources, defining KPIs and giving executive-level recommendations.
Experience leading complex, multi-market programs and coaching teams.
Fluency in English; travel internationally as required.

Aufgaben

Lead development and execution of RedBull's global eCommerce agenda across 40+ markets.
Shape omnichannel digital strategy for B2C and B2B.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance and IT to improve online availability, visibility and conversion.
Translate global sales strategy into eCommerce priorities and scalable programs.
Own Digital Shelf governance, KPIs, scoring and market reviews.
