This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the company's strategic objectives by contributing to business operations and collaborating with the finance team. You will participate in the comprehensive Global Early Talent Program, which includes:

• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of financial products and services.
• Contributing to multiple international assignments to broaden your experience and develop intercultural skills.
• Delivering assigned tasks within set deadlines.
• Participating in formal training programs to develop leadership, functional, and personal skills.

The program consists of three rotations:

1. Nine months in your home country, introducing you to the business.
2. Six months abroad, gaining international exposure and expanding your network.
3. Nine months back in your home country, deepening your knowledge and preparing for your final placement.

Qualifications for the role

• Master of Science (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Excel, and others.
• Strong understanding of accounting and controlling concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams with a global mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, change management, and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Previous internship or early professional experience in finance is advantageous.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €3,665.31 gross/month, with potential for overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
