ALDI SÜD HOLDING is seeking a Global Training Consultant to design and coordinate worldwide training solutions that align with business priorities and ensure consistent learning experiences across international teams.

You will translate business needs into effective learning solutions, manage end-to-end development, and apply instructional design and adult learning principles to deliver scalable digital formats and engaging content.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in instructional design, digital learning, psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing training solutions across topics, ideally in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and modern learning approaches.
• Preferred experience with Workday Learning or comparable LMS.
• Experience using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

Aufgaben

• Design, coordinate and continuously improve global training solutions across international teams.
• Translate business needs into effective learning solutions including digital and blended formats.
• Analyse training needs with stakeholders and define measurable learning objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end development from concept through production, rollout and evaluation.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging content.
• Support scalable training content using digital formats and LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IPO/Workday stakeholders to align with global implementation requirements.
• Brief external vendors and coordinate with production partners to meet quality standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, data and KPIs to drive improvements.
