Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Communications, ideally within culture, entertainment, or creative projects.
• Experience in developing communication strategies, media relations, PR, and content distribution across owned, earned, and managed channels.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.

• Support the development and implementation of the global media strategies for Dance network projects, including street dance and breaking.
• Coordinate objectives, KPIs, timelines, budgets, milestones, and strategic partnerships.
• Create compelling communication plans by developing narratives and angles for earned, owned, and managed channels.
• Collaborate with editors, media outlets, and creators to shape impactful storytelling approaches.
• Drive and oversee all Still Image productions.
• Enable local market activation by providing guidance and tools to adapt global strategies.
